What Is The Most Comfortable Reading Position For A Person With Chronic Neck Pain?

I am a student and read a _lot_, but reading in any position – sitting, reclining, in bed, in a chair, everywhere – usually gives me awful neck pain. I think someone should invent a book stand or suspended book holder to preserve people’s neck muscles. Suggestions?

Levenger sells book stands in several styles to aid chronic readers. Their website is http://www.levenger.com. They have lots of other great stuff you’ll probably want, too! :)
